All shipments are dispatched directly from our domestic logistics facility in Dallas, Texas, ensuring rapid nationwide delivery without international customs delays or port disruptions.

1. Domestic Fulfillment Hub & Order Processing Time
* Same-Day Fulfillment Cut-off: Orders for standard case packs placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, qualify for same-day warehouse processing and carrier handover.
* Weekend & Holiday Handling: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT on Friday, or over the weekend and national holidays, will be securely packed and dispatched on the following business day.

2. Commercial Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We offer optimized logistics solutions depending on your procurement volume and business model:
* Parcel Shipping (Case Packs): Standard cases are shipped via premium domestic carriers (FedEx Ground or UPS Ground). Transit delivery to most contiguous U.S. print studios takes 1 to 3 business days.
* LTL Freight Shipping (Pallet Program): Orders exceeding volume limits or bulk pallet thresholds will be securely stacked, banded, and shrink-wrapped for freight transport. We partner with national freight networks to arrange reliable dock-to-dock or liftgate commercial truck deliveries. 

3. Shipping Rates & Cost Calculation
* Real-Time Rates: Parcel shipping fees for case packs are calculated automatically at checkout based on live carrier rates, total package weight, and destination zip codes.
* Freight Quotes: For large-scale custom orders or full-pallet routing, commercial freight quotes can be requested directly at checkout.

4. Geographic & Delivery Restrictions
* Contiguous U.S. Only: We currently fulfill commercial orders strictly within the contiguous United States (the Lower 48 states).
* Temporary Exclusions: At this time, we are temporarily UNABLE to provide shipping or delivery services to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. territories, overseas enclaves, and military administrative zones (including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses). Any orders placed with shipping destinations in these regions will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
* No P.O. Boxes: Due to the high weight, fragile nature, and structural dimensions of bulk ceramic case packs, all carrier networks require a physical street address. Standard postal service to P.O. Boxes is not available.

5. Transit Tracking & Safe-Delivery Reassurance
* Automated Tracking: As soon as your shipment is scanned by the carrier at our Dallas facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link or Freight Bill of Lading (BOL) number will be sent to your registered business email.
* Breakage Reassurance: Because ceramics are fragile, we secure every box with heavy-duty shock dividers. In the rare event that items are damaged in transit, your cargo is fully protected under our 100% Free Breakage Replacement Guarantee. Please report any transit issues with photos to our support team within 7 days of delivery.
