Because we operate on tight wholesale margins and ship high-weight freight items, our refund policy strictly adheres to standard B2B commercial terms.

1. 100% Free Breakage Replacement Guarantee
Ceramic items are inherently fragile, but your investment is 100% protected with us. We safely palletize and protect all shipments using heavy-duty industrial master cartons with shock-absorption dividers. 
* If any items arrive damaged or broken during transit, we provide a 100% Free Replacement Service. We will reship the replacement inventory to your studio completely free of charge.
* To activate your free replacement, please email our support team with clear photographic evidence of the broken items and the outer shipping box within 7 calendar days of delivery.
* Approved claims will be fast-tracked in our system, and replacement items will be dispatched immediately from our Dallas, Texas warehouse with complimentary shipping.

2. Order Cancellation & Buyer's Remorse
* Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched from our Dallas, Texas fulfillment hub, it cannot be canceled or returned due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size purchasing, or business project cancellations.
* We strongly encourage all new clients to purchase our low-MoQ "Sample Packs" to verify their local heat press time, temperature, and transfer color compatibility before committing to large-scale volume or pallet orders.

3. Defective Coating or Quality Verification
* If you experience unusual transfer issues, please contact our technical support. If a batch coating defect is verified by our laboratory, we will replace the unprinted blank inventory at our expense. 
* SIP Foundary is not liable for costs associated with spent inks, transfer papers, labor, or ruined custom client projects.
